Dongle found but not used

Hello,

I'm trying to fix this issue since hours now, but I can't solve it:
I installed the EFI Colorproof XF 4.5 Server and Client. When I start the Server, it tells me my Dongle ID and says "Licence expires: Never" So everything is fine. Then he shows me: No dongle found. But it still boots up and says me "everything is fine" I can open the Dongle-ID-viewer and it shows me my Dongle-ID. I can open the Licence Manager and it shows me my licences and says "everything is ok".

If I open the Client it says " No Dongle found" and quits.
How can I fix this? EFI Support does not answere on my calls and we NEED this software to run! (Sorry, but I'm really mad about this dongle & licencefile crap.)

Dear Arsimael,

as you were already told by our customer support, your upgrade license is hosted to a wrong DongleID.

In order to solve your problem follow the steps mentioned in the mail from FrankM.
