Black & White with color cast problem.

Hi all,
I am using Efi eXpress Photo and using 2 printers: Epson SP 11880 ans SP 9900 HDR.
No matter what printer I print on, my B&W prints come with a slight green/orange color cast that is really annoying.
When I know what is the performance of these 2 printers, I really get very frustrated that I can't get a nice print with pure black & pure white!

I am very new to color management and your help would be highly appreciated.

In the "Color" tab check the option "Convert to grayscale". If this option is not available check the "More options" button. This is the simplest way to achieve a balanced black and white print.
