USB Dongle broken

My Best Colorproof USB dongle no longer works. How can I get a new one?

Hello rEnrique,

as I told you already in the license management forum please contact the support team at proofingsupport@efi.com and ask for replacing the faulty dongle. But I guess that it is not for free because it is out of warranty.
