Angry License doesn't apply after reinstall

I'm licensed to use EFI Express. My printer is an Epson 3880. I successfully installed EFI Express when I set up my printer. My machine is a Mac, using OSX Lion, most recent update. 10.7.3

Recently my EFI license file was either corrupted or I inadvertently deleted it when I used a file clean up tool to optimize my system. I'm not sure how the architecture of licensing works with EFI (other than it's absolutely the most cumbersome process I've ever encountered while doing software installs).

So, I uninstalled EFI Express, deleting EFI files in the Application directory and in the Application Support directory.

Then, I reinstalled the product with the dongle in place. The install went well and all install alerts indicated that the license file was automatically downloaded and properly placed as advertised.

When I fire up the EFI app, it loads in Demo mode. As a photographer on assignment in a foreign country, on a strict deadline, I find this glitch to be very frustrating and costly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
