Rich black with EFI exPress on Epson 3880

EFI eXpress 4.5.2 bundled with Epson 3880 Designer Edition.

Input image: pure bitmap (all pixels are either black or white)
Output: would like input black to map to, say, CMYK=(100, 100, 100, 100)

The printer's actual output colors are of course PK/MK+LK+LLK+cC+mM+Y.
Would like to explicitly control input K=100 to output ink.

Possible?

Why? I want to produce UV opaque positives for silk screen printmaking. Opacity in visible light is not necessarily a good guide to opacity under UV.
